Tooth Extractions

Having been a dentist then orthodontist for over thirty years I was extremely impressed with Dr. Haynie and his staff. They went out of their way to make a difficult extraction fairly routine. They provided me with all options for tooth replacement and what is very important to me is Dr. Haynie calling me personally this afternoon to make sure that all was OK.

I never, NEVER give out a 5star review. I had several extractions and needed to be sedated. My first visit was with Faith. She was courteous, attentive and took time to listen and answer all my questions and concerns. Dr. Haynie was as attentive and was meticulous with details about my procedure. I knew exactly what was going to be done. I want to give a special shout out to MeagAnn, I have had lots of oral procedures reconstructing damage to my teeth from a bad childhood accident. She managed to get my IV in on one try and I have no bruising. This is a first. She deserves more than 5stars. Everyone in the office is courteous and caring. This has been a comforting experience for me. Thank you to everyone at Lakeside Oral Surgery.

The equipment, methods, and enriched platelet therapy they employed were a complete success. I'm still amazed that following an extraction I had no swelling and no bruising. Healing has proceeded well with no post-op issues at all.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dr. Haynie's office in CDA Idaho. With no wasting time and no waiting time I can't believe that it is already all done. Stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole office process and paperwork very well organized. I had a feeling that I am in a good hands with Dr. Haynie. Procedure has been performed without any pain and extra problem. So happy that we have such a nice office and great doctor in CDA. I would recommend this office without any doubts. We had a great experience with everyone here at Lakeside. The entire staff is very nice and friendly. They all seemed to anticipate any questions and most everything was answered before we asked. My sincere thanks for an excellent experience! From my first contact - actually your office contacted me, how awesome is that! - to my procedure on Friday, every Team member was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each detail of my procedure from the costs, to the pre-op, to explaining the procedure, to post-op was addressed with kindness and competence. When you are going to be sedated with delicate work performed on your mouth, having confidence and trust in those doing the procedure is absolutely essential. We have that trust in Dr. Haynie and the entire staff. Plus, it was as pain free as could be expected. A special shout out to the wonderful Team member (I am terrible with names) who prepped me for the procedure as the IV placement was completely painless. Amazing! And on day two my recovery is going really well, a testament to the excellent work at your office. I would also add that while the Team was kind and wonderful to work with, the defining characteristic is that each person I dealt with, seemed genuinely happy to be working in their position. And that is truly a step above excellent service. That is a feature only found in organizations that create an environment where people are respected, valued, and take great pride in their accomplishments. So hats off to your team!

The staff, everyone I saw, made me feel I was the most important person in the world to them. I am a 72 year old chicken when it comes to dental work. However, I will not hesitate to call them up the next time I need work done. Everything about them was top notch, I could not have asked for any better.

I am not the best dental patient and was uneasy about the extraction. I arrived at the office was taken in immediately to the extraction room and made comfortable. The assistants were ready, doctor came in explained the procedure asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend the Dr and office.

We were late because of a mix up with our paper work that didn’t have the correct address due to miscommunication from our referral Dentist. I had 3 appointments: evaluation, pre-op, and surgery at Lakeland Oral Surgery. The first 2 were in Ponderay, the last in Coeur d"Alene. In each case I found the office & staff to be both professional and efficient. I was told what would happen, was encouraged to ask questions, and was able to choose some options where appropriate. Not only were the doctor and other people professional, but also friendly. This makes for a comfortable atmosphere and must contribute to the ultimate physical result. I received paper printouts concerning medications, diet, my expected post-op behavior, and the near-time evolution of my oral results. My follow-up office visit has been scheduled. As of this writing I am at the morning after surgery. I slept well, partly due to taking two pain pills at the appropriate interval. I am wondering if I will even need more pain pills, since the pain I am experiencing is minimal (nearly unnoticeable). Clearly Dr. Haynie is not only an exemplary oral surgeon, but has organized his facilities along thos same lines.
