My experience overall was a good one. All of the staff members were friendly and courteous. They made me feel comfortable during all of my visits. Dr. Haynie explained every step of my procedure and made me feel at ease during the whole experience. I was very pleased with the service with all of the staff and would recommend to anyone needing oral care.

Exceptional Treatment! I had another wonderful experience with Dr. Haynie and staff. His skills as an oral surgeon are exceptional. He should be commended on his ability to assemble and work with such a competent team of staff members. Brooke and Lexi greeted me warmly at the front desk for each my recent appointments. Laura, MeagAnn, and Joesey took excellent care of me before, during, and after my surgery. They did such a good job of answering my many questions and making me feel comfortable! Dr. Haynie called me the afternoon of my surgery to see how I was doing and ask if I had any questions. He and his staff go the extra mile to show they truly care about my well-being!

This is my second time coming to see Dr. Haynie I needed to have a bone graft and will be going back for an implant in 4 months. the first time I was there it was a great experience I always get scared when I know I’m gonna have any kind of dental surgery I guess that’s normal but the staff and Dr. Haynie made me feel very comfortable and I was put at ease right away, he’s the best so is his staff My neighbor was able to take me and wait for me and she said she was very impressed with Dr. Haynie and his staff. I would recommend going to Dr. Haynie.

The moment you walk through the door, your greeted by a wonderful Staff behind the front desk. Every person I met during my consultation , very open, and kind. I was impressed from the beginning, all the way to the day of my appointment. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and I just did today. He would be my "go to". 16 days ago my wife, Joyce, had her upper teeth and 2 implants removed because of infection by Dr Hainey. Her gums are healing nicely and the surgery went well/ Dr Hainey prior to surgery explained what would happen and post surgery how Joyce should proceed. If we would need dental surgery in the future we would have Dr Hainey do it.

I couldn’t have asked for better care than I received on my first visit. I felt like everyone was really interested in who I was not just a patient to treat. We soon discovered that my granddaughter had recently been there for an appointment. It really pleases a grandparent to hear nice things about her. I am really grateful that the procedure was pain free! Got to sleep through the whole thing. Many thanks to each of the staff and for the thoughtful follow up call from Dr. Haynie.

Want to thank Dr Haynie and his excellent, knowledgeable and caring team. From the start they made me feel like family and did a wonderful job in explaining my procedure. Because of my previous radiation to the site, he recommended Hyperbaric treatment to help in healing. You know that your doctor cares for their patient when they personally call you to check in on your recovery. I will not hestate to recommend Dr Haynie and all his caring staff to anyone looking for the best oral surgeon in the Inland NorthWest

My daughter was very anxious about getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed, but after meeting with the Dr. Haynie and his staff she was quickly put at ease. Friendly and informative, they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease.

My name is Rich and I’m 71 yrs old. I haven’t written many reviews, to slow on the computer. My dentist Dr Willis in Bonner’s Ferry recommended Lakeside Oral surgery. I went to a consultation with Dr Haynie a week ago to the Sandpoint clinic, that experience was awesome. Everything was explained to me by a young lady that was beyond awesome. Then l met Dr Haynie and he looked at me, and the explained again what needed to be done. Since l wanted to have the work done sooner l went to his Coeur d alene office to get a bridge cut, a tooth pulled and sinuses checked. Well from the time l got there to the time l left, l was completely satisfied with the info, the work and especially the staff . The young ladies that assist the Dr are plain awesome , even the girl that wheeled me out to the car was so nice and helpful. PS Thank you Dr Haynie for calling me up that night to see how l was doing.

If you are in the search for someone to perform your oral surgery - look NO further! I will guarantee this will be your forever home. I came to this office two years ago to embark on a long journey to reconstruct my teeth instead of giving up and getting dentures. Between Dr. Hayne and his office staff, I never once felt like I didn't matter. I came to the office with broken decayed teeth (from not being able to afford dental insurance prior and pregnancy) and they never made me feel like I fell into the stigma that usually comes from teeth like mine. I was in tears a few times in their office and they didn't take advantage of me being vulnerable when explaining what my ultimate goal was, nor did they make me feel like I was taking up their time unnecessarily. December 2019 I had 11 teeth extracted with 4 bone grafting sites. I NEVER got dry socket, an infection, or anything! The healing was quick and solid and the suture sights healed without a seam that you can often get. The office staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the doorway up until you depart and always willing to answer your questions - no matter what they are. I am a single mom with a toddler and quite often he attends my appointments, and Dr. Hayne has always greeted my son as if he was a patient - even though he is 2! The staff was beyond accommodating as a toddler's mood can shift at the drop of a hat. When I needed to tend to his needs, the assistants DID NOT utter one sigh of frustration or irritation. They actually engaged with my son to help settle him down and offered snacks and a drink AFTER asking my approval! This is majorly important to a mom. Come surgery day, the ladies who provided the anesthesia are amazing! They are skilled at performing the phlebotomy work that is needed to correctly place the IV and I didn't bruise, they didn't dig, and I was poked ONLY ONCE! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work and I chose to return to this office to have the second phase of my work done which was to place two micro-screws into my upper jaw. My orthodontist routinely does this in his office, but I chose to return to where I was comfortable to continue on this journey and wasn't disappointed. A procedure that is not normally performed in this office was taken with the same respect, acceptance, and priority as if it was a routine extraction. In fact, Dr. Hayne met one-on-one with my orthodontist to go over x-rays, placement of the devices (including the angle at which to go in), and also used a sculpture that was taken to ensure proper placement. I feel this went above and beyond to not only make sure they were placed correctly the first time, but to truly grasp every aspect of this procedure for the best outcome. This office deserves far more than 5 stars - and are truly separated from others in the same field.

Excellent process from the initial call hrough the after care. Dr. Haynie is very professional and skilled, as is the staff. They were very kind, caring and compassionate during each visit, and made the main procedure (tooth extraction) as pleasant as possible. While I wasn't glad to need a tooth pulled, I was very happy that Dr. Haynie and his team performed the procedure. I couldn't have been in better care, and I highly recommend them to any future patients!

Dr. Haynie has created a practice around him that, from my observation, runs extremely well. The scheduling and initial consult was as timely as they can make it possible. Prior to your procedure care is taken with a pre-procedure meeting to ensure as a patient you are preparing for the procedure and that staff give input as to how the procedure will be carried out. The day of the procedure you receive a friendly greeting and quickly moved to a prep area and then moved to the room where the procedure will take place. In my case I was having a tooth extracted, which required anesthesia. Before i knew it i was under its effects and woke with the tooth extracted. After a short recovery, while still in the chair, I was transferred to a wheel chair and quickly moved to an exit area where my driver was waiting to take me home Just prior to getting in the car I was under little effects of the anesthesia. Now home some 8 hrs. later my recovery is going fine and I am utilizing the instruction sheet, medications, cold pack they provided to assist me. And, I received a phone call from Dr. Haynie following up with me and how I am feeling to see if I was experiencing any difficulties. I have a post procedure in about a week. Overall considering my situation this went off without any difficulties and i would recommend his practice to anyone needing oral surgery!
