From the time my son and I walked in the door, we were treated with the most friendly young ladies. The entire experience was calming and pleasant. I have stage 4 cancer, metastasized in my bones; mostly the pelvis. One of the treatments killed my jaw bone. I was terrified until I met Dr. Haynie and his helper. He was very confident of his work and passed that feeling on to my son and I. He was able to remove a portion of my jaw bone. I felt like God worked through his hands. At this point I have had no problems at all, not even any pain at the time of removal or now. I know I have been blessed to have him as “my doctor.”

I was very impressed with the respect, kindness, caring, and friendliness show to me and my 89-year-old mother, when I brought mom in to have 2 of her teeth pulled. As a third grade teacher and advocate for the elderly, I notice how people treat each other in both professional relationships and in everyday situations in real life. Sometimes old people are ignored or talked simply to. Not at Dr. Haynie’s office! Mom was treated as a V.I.P. – very important patient! Mom was the focal person, and I was her helper. Patients are more confident before surgery when they know the doctor and his staff truly care about them and listen to their feedback. Lakeside Oral Surgery is superb at respecting and caring for their patients! (Would I recommend them?) Absolutely!! From the morning reminder call to the front desk to the nurses and ending with a personal call late that afternoon from Dr. Haynie checking how mom was doing, EVERYONE was professional, efficient, but very friendly, well-organized, and compassionate.

I was previously referred to another oral surgeon which happened to be the most traumatizing appointment I’d ever been to. Recently as part of my job, I had to bring a special needs patient to see Dr. Haynie and was so impressed, I will not go anywhere else nor suggest anyone else to people. Very calming environment with a wonderful staff who makes you feel comfortable – Lakeside Oral Surgery is the best choice. Dr. Haynie and his staff made me feel that I was important and they made such an effort to calm my nerves before my surgery. The assistant played my favorite music to help me relax. They educate you on the entire procedure and answer any questions. On the day of surgery the staff is very accommodating and willing to go to great lengths to ensure you’re comfortable. Definitely! Dr. Haynie and his staff are the best. I couldn’t have chosen a better place.

The best part about visiting Dr. Haynie’s office was that he and his staff had such great attitudes. They made me feel comfortable and cared for, and their ability to make me laugh just added to my ease. Everyone there made me feel important by being extremely accommodating and thorough; they never hesitated to help me resolve my issue. I would recommend Dr. Haynie and his wonderful office a thousand times over!
